''The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the capability of moving our understanding of trawl footprints away from assumptions associated with nominal trawl footprints to trawl footprints driven by in-situ empirical data collection. The objective to improve real-world data streams on benthic interactions from some inshore trawl gear so that we can better understand our interactions with the oceanic environment and manage our interactions. Winner of the 2009 Donald Hall Prize in Poetry These poems address issues of death and personal crisis by filtering them through an obsession with monsters and animals. After an initial loss, the speaker of these poems tries to utilize different personae—monsters, people stuck in horror movies—before turning his attention to the dreamlike animals that stalk him. Eventually, the speaker tries to resolve the conflicts among the figures by creating a cobbled-together garden in which they can coexist.

A survey of potential acid sulfate soil materials in the shallow regolith of the Scott Coastal Plain was undertaken to broadly idetnify the likely spatial extent and characteristics of this natural geochemical hazrad and implications for management of the shallow water table.
