Author’s Note:

Hey everyone! Just a quick note to let you all know that Ice Guardian, Book One in the Sacred Journey Short Story Series, is a very short read. Only 4000 words long! I know that is an incredibly short read, but I'm writing these books as an introduction to the main novel, Sacred Journey. It serves to introduce some of the side characters in the novel, giving you a deeper look into Planet Khrellia and its inhabitants!
This book starts the countdown. Once the countdown ends, Ameya's story will begin!

The Dark of The Grey (3 Book Series)
From Book 1: The year is 2018. Our world has grown fat with complacency and arrogance. Men became blind in their indolence and when the creatures came, they were not prepared. Governments crumbled, systems failed. All of our progress lost in a matter of minutes. We were now living in the shadow of true evil.

Follow Nate Carlisle, an unlikely hero with an unforeseen connection to the evil's source, as he discovers what lies beneath the surface of our reality. Unaware of his power, Nate is thrust into a dangerous journey that will set him on a course to not only fight for his own survival, but the survival of the world. A story told in three parts (part three out in October). This unnerving tale will have you gripping your pillow at night.

Review by: Jack Magnus - Readers' Favorite

G.E. Perlin's horror novella, The Dark of The Grey, Part One: The Awareness, is atmospheric and haunting. The episodes Nate experiences capture the worst that dreams seem to offer, while the sensory events that accompany them made me wonder if there was indeed a physical condition at the root of it all. Perlin sets up his main character perfectly. The reader quickly gets into his personality, his past, his lifestyle, and his lucrative job coding top-secret snippets from a government entity. I found myself envying him his remote island home. The horror in this tale builds up slowly and inevitably, starting with hints of terror amidst the odd discomforting odors accompanying his return to a waking state. His appointment with Dr. Karington ramps up the suspense while keeping the truth behind it all obscured and tantalizingly out of focus. I enjoyed reading The Dark of The Grey, Part One: The Awareness, and highly recommend it to horror fiction fans.

The Lost Star Tales (2 Book Series)
From Book 1: Wil Litang was the competent, but not ambitious, first mate of the tramp freighter Lost Star. So, when its captain became too ill to make their usual voyage around Azminn's ring of planets, he accepted the job of acting captain with some reluctance. As it turned out, his reluctance was justified. The Lost Star had a mysterious and dangerous past – a past that had caught up with it. Litang and the crew of the Lost Star are soon driven from their comfortable orbit to some of the most dangerous places in the Nine Star Nebula, including the fabled Lost Star itself.

The Bright Black Sea is not your typical space opera. While it has space battles, it's not military SF. While it's a tale of mystery and danger, star empires are not falling, rebels are not fighting desperate battles for freedom, and the fate of the galaxy doesn't hang in the balance. And unlike many science fiction stories which are focused on ideas or a “What ifs?”, the Bright Black Sea is a character focused story, which takes early space opera motifs – space pirates, sentient robots, and rockets – and incorporates them into a modern, episodic novel set in a tiny nebula of nine stars, hundreds of planets and lawless asteroid belts.

For a different type of space adventure, join Captain Litang and the crew of the Lost Star to discover the wonders and dangers of the Nine Star Nebula.

The adventures and misadventures of Wil Litang continue in The Castaways of the Lost Star – the first “episode” of the planned companion volume, The Lost Star's Sea – a new take on the planetary romances of Edgar Rice Burroughs and his kin.
