Mad, Bad, and Dangerous to Know Trilogy (2 Book Series)
From Book 1: In this compulsively readable debut, set between London and Sicily over one blood-drenched week in the dead of summer, an identical twin reveals the crazy lies and twists she'll go through to not only steal her sister's perfect life, but to keep on living it.

Alvie Knightly is a trainwreck: aimless, haphazard, and pretty much constantly drunk. Alvie's existence is made even more futile in contrast to that of her identical and perfect twin sister, Beth. Alvie lives on social media, eats kebabs for breakfast, and gets stopped at security when the sex toy in her carry-on starts buzzing. Beth is married to a hot, rich Italian, dotes on her beautiful baby boy, and has always been their mother's favorite. The twins' days of having anything in common besides their looks are long gone.

When Beth sends Alvie a first-class plane ticket to visit her in Italy, Alvie is reluctant to go. But when she gets fired from the job she hates and her flatmates kick her out on the streets, a luxury villa in glitzy Taormina suddenly sounds more appealing. Beth asks Alvie to swap places with her for just a few hours so she can go out unnoticed by her husband. Alvie jumps at the chance to take over her sister's life--if only temporarily. But when the night ends with Beth dead at the bottom of the pool, Alvie realizes that this is her chance to change her life.

Alvie quickly discovers that living Beth's life is harder than she thought. What was her sister hiding from her husband? And why did Beth invite her to Italy at all? As Alvie digs deeper, she uncovers Mafia connections, secret lovers, attractive hitmen, and one extremely corrupt priest, all of whom are starting to catch on to her charade. Now Alvie has to rely on all the skills that made her unemployable--a turned-to-11 sex drive, a love of guns, lying to her mother--if she wants to keep her million-dollar prize. She is uncensored, unhinged, and unforgettable.

Poems People Liked (2 Book Series)
From Book 1: The poems in this collection were all published by editors who liked them. The poems saw the light of day in little magazines and literary publications. Some won prizes in competitions. The poems are in free verse and regular, metrical verse. Some rhyme. All of them rely on compression and hopefully right word-choice.
This is the first book in a series which will publish poems people liked. I hope they are liked by my new readers.
A word about the dedication : The prisoners I refer to are actual and imaginary. Some of the poems in this first book are about being / feeling imprisoned and that feeling of "no leeway" remains with me today. You remember the night man who said, "You can check out any time you like, / But you can never leave!" That's the right kind of idea. Within bars and without...but what are the bars? Are they real bars or booze bars? And "without" means outside or without bars, that is free, or those who are not free but go without because they can't do otherwise...because not free to choose? I won't elaborate on devices, choices, taking that road, and not this. I won't go on about the thousands upon thousands upon thousands who are locked up. "The vilest deeds like poison weeds / Bloom well in prison-air: / It is only what is good in Man / That wastes and withers there :/" I hope that poet got it wrong but I doubt it.
Please to peruse, and if poetry can sometimes help us to escape, well, then, let's escape. Imagination is not imaginary.

Haverbeck ermittelt (Reihe in 6 Bänden)
Aus Band 1: Das sagen Leser:

*** Super Krimi ***

*** Großartiges Ermittlerteam ***

*** sehr humorvoller Schreibstil ***

Poems (Reihe in 4 Bänden)

Es ist Liebe, Schönheit, Verzweiflung, Hoffnung, Glück und Traurigkeit;

Bezüglich seiner Gedichtbände könnte man sagen:

»Love Me - Hate Me - LOVE ME« und zuletzt der vierte Teil der

SUMMARIES OF ALL-TIME GREAT BOOKS: Passing Time in the Loo (3 Book Series)
From Book 1: All of us want to read Shakespeare. But today, who has the time?
Now, with this book (also published as The Great American Bathroom Book-Shakespeare and A Touch of Classics-Shakespeare), discover how easily you can become a connoisseur of all Shakespeare’s greatest plays (and many of the sonnets) in less time than it takes to read one play conventionally.

These skillful summaries offer up the highlights of Shakespeare’s timeless masterpieces, to quickly and painlessly acquaint readers with Shakespeare, his world, his words, and his most noteworthy works.

A ‘Shakespeare at a Glance’ chapter includes a brief biography, excerpts from some of his greatest poems, and samplings of his rapier wit and level-headed wisdom. And a witty section, entitled ‘Shakespearean Insults’, unlocks a door into the playwright’s psyche by letting you unleash your own playfully biting barbs.

A coffee break is more than enough time to assimilate a play’s plots and characters, and give you a flavour of the language. In addition the insightful commentary will help you form your own opinions about its relevance. In a short time, you will have mastered the essence of Shakespearean thought.
If, as Shakespeare claims, ‘all the world’s a stage’, this volume is your cue to join in on the act.
