Spinach & Watermelon Salad
Ingredients:2 lb watermelon chunks1 ½ cups baby spinach1 cup cucumber, cubed5 mint leaves1 cup feta, crumbled4 tbsp. balsamic glaze
Combine all the ingredients in to a large bowl then toss with the balsamic glaze and serve.
