44 Scotland Street (11 Book Series)
From Book 1:

The residents and neighbors of 44 Scotland Street and the city of Edinburgh come to vivid life in these gently satirical, wonderfully perceptive serial novels, featuring six-year-old Bertie, a remarkably precocious boy—just ask his mother.

Welcome to 44 Scotland Street, home to some of Edinburgh's most colorful characters. There's Pat, a twenty-year-old who has recently moved into a flat with Bruce, an athletic young man with a keen awareness of his own appearance. Their neighbor, Domenica, is an eccentric and insightful widow. In the flat below are Irene and her appealing son Bertie, who is the victim of his mother’s desire for him to learn the saxophone and italian–all at the tender age of five.

Love triangles, a lost painting, intriguing new friends, and an encounter with a famous Scottish crime writer are just a few of the ingredients that add to this delightful and witty portrait of Edinburgh society, which was first published as a serial in The Scotsman newspaper.

From the Trade Paperback edition.

A Crampton of the Chronicle Mystery (3 Book Series)

Welcome to Brighton, England... where they do like to murder beside the seaside!

Join crime reporter Colin Crampton and his feisty girlfriend Shirley Goldsmith in three comic crime capers that will keep you intrigued and smiling as you turn the pages.

In Headline Murder, Colin and Shirley set off in pursuit of a golf course owner linked to an unsolved murder. But there are powerful people who don't want the pair to uncover the truth. And a new murder ratchets up the pressure on Colin to find the truth before more die.

In Stop Press Murder, the night watchman on Brighton's Palace Pier is murdered. Colin reckons the killing is linked to the theft of a saucy film of a nude woman bathing from one of the Pier's What the Butler Saw machines. But as Colin's investigation spirals out of control his - and Shirley's - lives are in danger.

In Front Page Murder, Colin and Shirley take up the case of artist Archie Flowerdew, condemned to hang for the murder of rival Percy Despart. But the more the pair investigate the more it looks like Archie is guilty. And as Colin closes in on the truth, he realises he is putting his job - and his life - in peril.

Join Colin and Shirley in "Swinging Sixties" Brighton where the scams are as outrageous as the fashions. In these three comic crime capers the thrills and the laughs continue right until the last page.

The Miss Fotheringays Investigate (3 Book Series)
From Book 1: Witty and wonderfully eccentric, the intrepid Miss Fotheringays - sisters and maiden ladies of the late Victorian era, combine a boundless curiosity of the affairs of their neighbours with the endless difficulties of keeping up standards on a severely limited income.

Set in a small country town, there is always plenty for the Miss Fotheringays to keep an eye on from behind the geranium in the window of their first floor rooms above the apothecary's shop (But we do have our own front door!). However, when one of the maids at the Manor is found dead in the ornamental lily pond, the sisters are able to add Duty to their natural curiosity in discovering the identity of the real murderer - for surely it cannot be The Faun?

The excellent Miss Fotheringays are a splendid - and very funny - addition to the genre of cosy murder mysteries.

The Matt Dunn Collection
From 13 Dates: When Noah Wilson first encounters the quirky, opinionated and very beautiful Angel Fallon, his world is turned upside down. It's clear she's not his normal type, but Noah can't stop thinking about her-which doesn't bode well for the blind date he's already late for.

Convinced by his friend (and self-professed dating expert) Marlon that thirteen dates is all you need to fall in love, Noah decides to give it a try with Angel. They should be incompatible: she's impulsive and he's a planner; he wants to settle down and she doesn't 'do' relationships-or anything, for that matter-the way Noah is used to. But there's something about Angel, and Noah can't shake the idea that all they need is twelve more dates.

Despite some near-disasters involving rock climbing, saddle sores and jellied eels, it seems his plan may actually work. But even if they do reach the magic number, can that really mean they'll just fall into their happily-ever-after?

Mad, Bad, and Dangerous to Know Trilogy (2 Book Series)
From Book 1: In this compulsively readable debut, set between London and Sicily over one blood-drenched week in the dead of summer, an identical twin reveals the crazy lies and twists she'll go through to not only steal her sister's perfect life, but to keep on living it.

Alvie Knightly is a trainwreck: aimless, haphazard, and pretty much constantly drunk. Alvie's existence is made even more futile in contrast to that of her identical and perfect twin sister, Beth. Alvie lives on social media, eats kebabs for breakfast, and gets stopped at security when the sex toy in her carry-on starts buzzing. Beth is married to a hot, rich Italian, dotes on her beautiful baby boy, and has always been their mother's favorite. The twins' days of having anything in common besides their looks are long gone.

When Beth sends Alvie a first-class plane ticket to visit her in Italy, Alvie is reluctant to go. But when she gets fired from the job she hates and her flatmates kick her out on the streets, a luxury villa in glitzy Taormina suddenly sounds more appealing. Beth asks Alvie to swap places with her for just a few hours so she can go out unnoticed by her husband. Alvie jumps at the chance to take over her sister's life--if only temporarily. But when the night ends with Beth dead at the bottom of the pool, Alvie realizes that this is her chance to change her life.

Alvie quickly discovers that living Beth's life is harder than she thought. What was her sister hiding from her husband? And why did Beth invite her to Italy at all? As Alvie digs deeper, she uncovers Mafia connections, secret lovers, attractive hitmen, and one extremely corrupt priest, all of whom are starting to catch on to her charade. Now Alvie has to rely on all the skills that made her unemployable--a turned-to-11 sex drive, a love of guns, lying to her mother--if she wants to keep her million-dollar prize. She is uncensored, unhinged, and unforgettable.
