He discusses the social ingredients in the development and shaping of black men and the significant roles of Black Women''s in aiding and supporting men in achieving success. Moreover, He gives tribute and recognition to unsung heroes and local and national community leaders who played a significant role in fortifying the community providing support to single parent and indigent families. Thus, He highlights several decades of the Men''s Movement in the United States in promoting responsible fatherhood toward social change. Finally, the author creates a path for hope and inspiration through the power of faith and perseverance through his personal experiences, professional training, and testimonies. He affirms men and families can "Arise from the beneath the rubble of discrimination, racism, hardships, poverty, crime, and other life threatening challenges to live above their mental & social conditions and circumstance of life.
