Which most of the time turns out to be even more worse than before. If we were to start acknowledging our pain rather than pushing it away and see what we can learn out of this situation to help ourselves and others.We would be able to find solutions to our problems. So in this book of poetry I talk about my struggles in life, and how when I stopped looking at it as a problem and as an opportunity to grow and become stronger.
