The process of creating in any field of endeavor is discussed from the viewpoint of an artist. Divided into three stages, creation is described as 1.) Inspiration, 2.) Execution, and 3.) Exhibition. The table is a grid by which the reader can analyze their project on four levels of each stage. Typography and illustrations are rendered in outlines for the reader to color. Each chapter ends with four flashcards derived from the four levels of analysis. The flashcards can be decorated and cut out by the reader as a helpful collection for further thought. Online interaction with other readers and the author is provided. The author encourages the reader to progress thoroughly through the process in order to create significant works that accomplish personal growth in the reader and contribute greater good to the world.

Metastable vortex states can arise in both contexts. A vortex on a curved surface be trapped near a saddle point. If thermal fluctuations push the vortex away from the saddle, it can move to the edge of the film and disappear, releasing the kinetic energy of the superfluid currents that circle the vortex. Sets of vortices in a spinor condensate can trap each other in a molecule (in the presence of a magnetic field). After a long time, thermal fluctuations can bring the component molecules together, leading to a "chemical reaction" in which new vortices that are not trapped are produced. This book is intended to satisfy the requirement for these major elements within a degree programme. The book will be developed from material the author has created from teaching undergraduate psychology students over a ten year period.
