The Ultimate Keto Diet Cookbook
★ BEST SELLER BOOK WITH LOTS OF IMAGES AND WELL DETAILED RECIPES ★ ★ NOW WITH 55% DISCOUT PRICE! LAST DAYS! ★ Are you interested in the Keto Diet? If yes then this is the right book for you! This has 50 yummy and healthy Keto Recipes! The ketogenic diet is a high-fat, low carbohydrate, and moderate protein diet that can result in weight loss. It is not a ''miracle'' or ''magic'' diet and the weight you lose on the keto diet isn''t going to last long term. The Keto Diet also has a number of side effects including bad breath, fatigue, constipation etc. The Ketogenic Diet can cause you to lose weight if done correctly. You can lose weight quickly, however, the weight isn''t a healthy weight and you will gain it back when you go off the diet. Some people have also reported a reduction in high blood cholesterol and blood sugar levels. How does the Keto Diet work? The Ketogenic Diet works by tricking your body into thinking it is fasting. When you put your body into starvation mode, your body thinks that food is not readily available and begins to breakdown fat cells for energy. The levels of insulin in your body are lowered which causes the breakdown of more body fat. What foods are Keto? There are a few foods that you can eat in moderation on the Ketogenic Diet, these include cheese, butter, coconut oil, eggs etc. However, you will also need to severely limit the amount of carbohydrate intake. Foods high in carbohydrates include breads, pasta etc. If you want to follow the Keto Diet correctly, I recommend purchasing a cookbook or downloading an app onto your phone so that you can track all of your food items and their macronutrient levels. Keto Diet For Healthy Living
Keto is a low-carb diet which puts your body into ketosis. Your liver produces ketones to provide an alternative fuel source when glucose is not available. This forces your body to burn fat instead of carbohydrates, causing weight-loss in the process. Is Keto Safe for Everyone? The Keto Diet has been proven safe and effective for short periods, and has shown positive effects on insulin levels, blood pressure, cholesterol levels and brain functions in the long term. However, it may not be suitable for people with Type One Diabetes or those who suffer from kidney disease. Is it Safe to Stop Keto? Stopping the diet abruptly after several months may cause discomfort. The benefits of the diet are often not long lasting; people might regain weight plus additional pounds in the long term. This requires a slow, gentle and conscious reintroduction of carbs into the diet. Click buy now! ★ BEST SELLER BOOK WITH LOTS OF IMAGES AND WELL DETAILED RECIPES ★ ★ NOW WITH 55% DISCOUT PRICE! The Cloisters

release date: Oct 01, 2012
The Cloisters
In 1988, The Cloisters celebrated its fiftieth anniversary as a branch museum of The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Devoted to the art of medieval Europe, The Cloisters is a twentieth century museum designed in a style evocative of medieval architecture. Its combination of medieval and modern architectural elements, organized around arcades of five medieval cloisters, creates a unique and sympathetic context for the exhibition of sculpture, metalwork, textiles, and painting. This contextual approach has been enormously influential in introducing medieval art to the American public. The opportunity for both visitor and scholar to examine works of art in evocative settings has informed and inspired viewers since the Museum''s opening in 1938. The collection continues to grow in a wide-ranging fashion, as exemplified by the recently acquired Langobardic reliefs and fourteenth-century stained glass from the Austrian castle chapel at Ebreichsdorf, which are examined here. A two-day scholarly symposium marked the fiftieth anniversary of The Cloisters, bringing together fifteen distinguished scholars from Europe and North America. Jointly sponsored by The Metropolitan Museum of Art and the International Center of Medieval Art, the symposium offered discussions of The Cloisters'' history as well as concise papers emphasizing new research on specific works of art in the collection. Keynote papers by Ilene H. Forsyth and Willibald Sauerlander presented provocative critical reviews of the present state of research on Romanesque and Gothic art--the predominant strengths of the collection. Their appraisals and proposals for new directions of research confirm the rapidly changing and challenging state of medieval art scholarship. Symposium participants have revised their papers for publication, and contributions by members of the Museum''s staff have been added. The twenty-two studies presented in this commemorative volume demonstrate the methodological diversity confronting the field of medieval art history. As a group, they offer an extraordinary tribute to the significance of The Cloisters Collection. (This title was originally published in 1991/92.)
