Twitch is able to break free from his captor, the Freak, when he is distracted by Spawn''s sudden appearance. Meanwhile, Wanda again witnesses Cyan''s psychotic behavior when she loses her soother and necklace out the car window.

Ethan Crone, accused by his editor of being obsessed with Spawn, interviews people from all walks of life around the city who may have witnessed Spawn and his mysterious ways.
