The animals gather at the palace and the fun begins. Nice things to eat and games to play... Finally it is gift time. I love the fact that each animal gives a little speech and incorporates something about their species...For example, the stork says ''May you dive in the pond to catch the best fish''... Unfortunately, the lion king is only interested in the gift each animal brings. The turtle is last and he teaches the lion king good manners and patience... Not an easy task but this cute and adorable turtle manages to succeed. Just love these books as they teach a lesson in addition to the rhyming aspect and the colorful illustrations. Most highly recommended.
