This study aimed to improve upon current standard practices of recombinant protein expression in insect cells that would theoretically require less time than the traditional baculovirus method. Here, we utilized Maxcyte electroporation in conjunction with the piggyBac system to generate a stable cell line in SF9 insect cells.
