When speaking of the spirit world, people in general tend to think of the deceased for whatever reason when speaking of spirits. They are now on the earth, coexisting with us as spirit persons or demons. Demons are invisible wicked spirit persons sometimes called fallen angels, having superhuman power. The first to make himself one was Satan, the devil, who became the ruler of other angelic sons of God, who also made themselves demons. Though restrained from materializing, they still have great power and influence over the minds and lives of mankind, even having the ability to enter and possess humans and animals as well as to use inanimate things such as houses. These invisible, wicked spirit persons, known as demons, have the ability to enter humans and possess their bodies to dwell in as their own, and control individuals to perform their will and purposes, which is to harm, steal, kill, or destroy. Neither age nor gender are exceptions. World, demons are the culprits, pretending and masquerading to be spirits of the deceased or loved ones, to spread the sickness and advance the idea that the dead are still living on the earth!

Rev. Wallace A. Evans is my grandfather who lived to be 100 years old. He was born August 22, 1884 and he died November 29, 1984. My grandfather was a man among men. I have come to realize he will live on in all of us. If I were to sum up his life in a song it would be, “I’m A Soldier in the Army of The Lord.” It is an honor to be labeled a soldier in the Lord’s army. It’s an even greater honor if your journey lasts 100 years. His dedicated life has left a profound impartation upon mine. It has been a great pleasure and honor to write about him. Second, many books have been published by those who knew nothing of the inner workings of Mormonism. I have endeavored to give the true history of Mormonism, quoting very largely from their own works, and bringing into prominence the teaching of the Prophets, Seers and Revelators and other leading ministers. Third, having been ordained to seven different offices in the Mormon Priesthood, from Priest to the Presidency of the church, standing next to Joseph Smith himself in the Highest Council of the church, the world will be interested to read the facts from one who has escaped from the Mormon thraldom. Fourth, notwithstanding the cruel treatment that has been inflicted upon me by the leaders of the church from the moment they knew that I had determined to warn the world, I have tried to keep my heart from bitterness, but have, in this little volume, endeavored to show that Mormonism is the lying wonder of the Latter Days, with the hope that the honest in heart, now ''under the yoke of bondage will, like tens of thousands before them, make their escape and find peace and joy in the gospel of Christ as revealed in the Bible. My earnest prayer for the many honest people of the church is, that they will abandon Joseph Smith, the Book of Mormon, the Book of Abraham, the Book of Doctrine and Covenants, the Book of Commandments, and all the other fraudulent works of Mormonism and embrace Christ and the gospel as presented in the Word of God. The Reorganized "Mormon Church" does not teach or practice polygamy. Their great sin is in denying that Joseph Smith, their prophet, seer and revelator, received revelations commanding the church to enter into that God dishonoring and woman debasing doctrine under pain of eternal damnation, in denying that he taught, practiced and advocated it, privately, while he denied it publicly. If human evidence is to be relied upon, then this book proves that the leading presidents, apostles, bishops, high priests, including the celebrated "Three Witnesses," as also many of Smith''s own relatives declare that he had revelations commanding the church to enter into the practice of polygamy, and tens of thousands certify that they had many wives in consequence of his example and commandments. When these testimonies were confirmed unto me, then I could no longer believe that God and Christ visited and conversed with Smith, that John the Baptist and Peter, James and John ordained him to the priesthood and that many other heavenly personages visited him, and I finally, under the blessing of God, came out to tell the world the facts.Yours sincerely, (Signed) R. This book focuses on group sequential methods for clinical trials with co-primary endpoints based on the decision-making frameworks for: (1) rejecting the null hypothesis (stopping for efficacy), (2) rejecting the alternative hypothesis (stopping for futility), and (3) rejecting the null or alternative hypothesis (stopping for either futility or efficacy), where the trial is designed to evaluate whether the intervention is superior to the control on all endpoints. For assessing futility, there are two fundamental approaches, i.e., the decision to stop for futility based on the conditional probability of rejecting the null hypothesis, and the other based on stopping boundaries using group sequential methods. In this book, the latter approach is discussed. The book also briefly deals with the group sequential methods for clinical trials designed to evaluate whether the intervention is superior to the control on at least one endpoint. In addition, the book describes sample size recalculation and the resulting effect on power and type I error rate. The book also describes group sequential strategies for three-arm clinical trials to demonstrate the non-inferiority of experimental intervention to actively control and to assess the assay sensitivity to placebo control.

Neurofibromatosis type 2 (NF2) is an autosomal dominant inherited tumor predisposition syndrome caused by mutations in the NF2 gene on chromosome 22. Affected individuals develop schwannomas typically involving both vestibular nerves leading to hearing loss and eventual deafness. Rehabilitation with brainstem implants and in some cases cochlear implants is improving this outcome. Schwannomas also occur on other cranial nerves, on spinal nerve roots and peripheral nerves, and intracutaneously as plaques. Cranial and spinal meningiomas and spinal ependymomas are other common tumors. Fifty to sixty percent of patients represent de novo mutations and as many as 33% of these are mosaic for the underlying disease causing mutation. Truncating mutations (nonsense, frameshift insertions/deletions) are the most frequent germline events and cause the most severe disease, whilst single and multiple exon deletions are common and are usually associated with milder NF2. Neurological deficits are a major feature of the condition and neurologists have a pivotal role in assigning symptoms to lesions and in managing neuropathies. NF2 represents a difficult management problem with most patients facing substantial morbidity and reduced life expectancy. Surgery remains the focus of current management although watchful waiting and occasionally radiation treatment have a role. We are seeing the advent of tailored drug therapies aimed at the genetic level and these are likely to provide huge improvements for this devastating, life-limiting condition.
