Le jour de la fête du collège Hazé, Tetsuo remarque le talent au go de Hikaru et l''oblige à participer au tournoi des collèges en tant que membre de l''équipe Hazé ! Heureusement, sous l''influence de Saï et d''Akira Toya, Hikaru voudrait maintenant jouer au go par lui-même, mais...

Le rêve d''Akira se réalise enfin. Pour la troisième fois, il va pouvoir se mesurer à Hikaru face au goban.
